The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. the staff members were friendly and made sure everything was tidy and clean. 😊

The hotel was enchanting, and reasonably clean, and the location was good and fab to all the waterfront restaurants. Location: the venue was near to the centre of Sitia, many bars and restaurants, and travelling Turkey & Greece. And there was Alatopipero with short-orders close to the venue, super convenient: D

It's fine as a basic room, and was fairly cheap. However, it wasn't good value for money compared to the other hotels we stayed in around Crete.

The breakfast was depressingly bad, and the whole hotel is in need of some rennovation.

The breakfast at our place was generous and great. Impeccably clean and warm rooms were new-fashioned with a view over the harbour.

The location of this hotel was ideal, being right by the port. One night, I had trouble finding a parking spot due to the busy road, but other than that, it was perfect. The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was delicious. The receptionist was very professional and made my stay enjoyable. The small pool on the roof was a nice touch, offering a great ambiance. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

The hotel is opposite an allnight cafe and taxi rank where people from the nightclubs congregate till the morning.The staff were cold/insular not helpfull at all.Music inside the hotel on saturday night went on untill 4am loud,with no prior warning or apology.

The staff at the reception are cold and not welcoming (except for the man we saw the last day). We requested a room with sea view and got a room with no view at all. The family room is very small: impossible to pack 4 pieces of baggage. The breakfast is below average (very low- quality food): the coffee is tasteless, the jam could be 70% sugar, the orange juice absolutely tastes artificial. Definitely very poor value for money. What you pay for is only its location on the harbor. And you do pay for it: more than double of the official rate registered for the season and printed at the back of your room's door.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach promenade and close to all the restaurants. The view from the room balcony may not be the best, but the amazing roof top bar and swimming pool make up for it. The staff provides good service and the breakfast buffet has a decent selection. You can also enjoy a delicious meal at the taverna across the street. The hotel is conveniently situated for exploring nearby Agios Nikolaus.

Be aware that the area can get noisy in the evenings due to the nighttime animation.

Great Port view...24 Hr cafe snack bar in lobby..the food along the port is amazing, especially fresh seafood.Hotel is not new but well-kept.The older lady in reception is very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom could be updated.

The hotel was well positioned on the sea front, near the port/ferries and close to a variety of cafes/bars and restaurants. Our room had a sea view as requested and a small balcony.

Our room was a little pokey and the bathroom was tight.
